Mrs. Blake's 4th Grade

I am excited to begin teaching 4th grade at Lake Hills. I was born and raised in northwest Indiana and live in Rolling Prairie with my husband, three cats, and two Australian Cattle Dogs (ACD). I have taught first grade for five years, art (K-5) for two years, and was also the Digital Integration Specialist (tech guru) for one year. I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from IU and Master's Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Purdue.

In addition to being a teacher, I am a professional photographer, instructional designer, web designer, and creator of many other projects. When I'm not teaching or designing, I love to spend time flying with my husband, paddleboarding, cooking for my relatives, and gardening.
